A fun, easy to follow dance fitness class to the best of Hip Hop, Old School and Top 40 that will be sure to unleash your Sexy and Sassy Swagger. Your sweat will never be so sexy!
Sassy Step combines the best of dance fitness and step as we step it up and of course, drop it low! The playlist is a fusion of latin/international music, hip hop and some current radio favorites. Forget what you think you know about Step Aerobics. The platform or "step" provides an extra boost to your workout by incorporating the action of stepping onto the platform to intensify the workout, in a low impact way without stressing the joints as much as running or jogging. Sure you will shake your sass, but by adding the bench you will tone it as well.
A fun dance fitness class using add-on (stacked) choreography that will conclude with a full routine worthy of a music video. Different genres of music will be used.
An interval class that combines cardio and resistance training, giving you the best of both. We will dance and celebrate life to the upbeat tempo of Soca music, and then get down and serious as we define and tone the body to the hottest of Reggaeton. This class is great for all levels but be prepared to smile and work hard!
Easy to follow combinations with a hint of dance, utilizing a light-weight ball. Experience the pure joy of movement with focus on form and elongating the body. This class will end with 10 minutes of core work and you will have a ball!

Muscles In Motion
Still sassy, but slightly bad assy! Light hand weights are used in this total body workout to chisel the body, burn away the calories, and have a few giggles to the tunes of hip hop and pop music. All levels welcome.
Raise the Barre
Set to fun and energetic music, each class combines an upper body workout with weights with a combination of high-intensity sequences of thigh, seat and core exercises at the barre focusing on balance. After working each muscle group, a releasing stretch results in stronger and more elongated muscles while gaining flexibility.
A total body workout designed to build strength and provide fast results using hand weights, plyometric exercises, partner work, and calisthenics through a series of alternating repetitions. If you only have 45 minutes all weekend to sneak a workout in, this should be the one you make time for. It only takes one Chiseled class to feel a difference in your body.
Masala Bhangra Workout
An Indian-dance based dance fitness program designed for people of all ages and fitness levels who love to stay physically active. It introduces high energy Bhangra and Bollywood dance movements in an easy-to-follow format, blending traditional dance steps with salsa and hip hop. This cardio and strength-training dance routine provides overall toning and body conditioning, and can build endurance, stamina, and balance, while burning over 500 calories per class.
Music Video Cardio
This is a progressive dance fitness class that is for all levels, and no dance experience is necessary. Using add-on (stacked) choreography taken from each artists' dance repetoire, the routine is broken down by repeating easy-to-follow steps that will conclude with a full routine worthy of a pop music video.
